Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

All items purchased from AmalfiCoastProducts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Lost/Damaged Packages:

We take great care to ensure that our Products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness. In the event of a delayed package during transit, we will have to wait for the carrier to confirm that it has been lost/damaged before we initiate a trace with the carrier. Please be advised that this process may take 2-3 weeks. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost/damaged, we will issue a store credit or ship out a replacement, at our discretion.

Any damaged products must be

  1. Reported within 24 hours of reported delivery.
  2. Accompanied by detailed photos.
  3. Kept aside for possible verification, until the resolution of the claim.

 

Returns:

Due to the nature of the products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or returns for our food items. All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the purchase has been made.

If you received incorrect products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. AmalfiCoastProducts.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

We do not accept returns nor exchanges for products with packaging changes, holiday products, perishable products, and sale items. Sales of these products are final.

 

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order details, including quantities and shipping information, before completing the purchase.
