Shipping policy

All items purchased from amalficoastproducts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event of a delayed package during transit, we will have to wait for the carrier to confirm that it has been lost before we initiate a trace with the carrier. Please be advised that this process may take 2-3 weeks. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will issue a store credit.
