Like A Fine Wine

This olive oil is absolutely delicious. Up until a few years ago, I just purchased olive oil at the grocery store. I didn't know that most of those are mixtures from different countries and most of the time not just olive oil, but a mixture of different types of oils. As soon as I tried my first bottle of Costiera olive oil, I could immediately tell the difference. There is a different aroma, but more importantly is the taste difference. It is like going from a wine cooler to a fine Amarone. Everyone who comes over to our house to eat dinner always asks about the olive oil and leaves with the info on how to order their own. The premium Monocultivar is our latest purchase and it does not disappoint as the best we have tried so far. I recommend to anyone and everyone.
